We can’t say enough good about the quality of service! We had our central AC go down and we were stunned to realize how great of books they keep! They were able to tell me when my original system was installed down to the day 20 some years ago since they were the ones who had installed it. We ended up going with a Bosh heat pump ac system to help limit the use of LP heat in the winter and it’s doing great! We have noticed about a $35 decrease in our electric bill already since it’s much more efficient than our old unit! The technicians were clean cut, respectful, knowledgeable and made sure they cleaned up 100% of any mess. Best in town hands down!

I am in awe of this company. I needed help during the winter and called a competitor. The experience was AWFUL. So when the AC stopped functioning right as the heat skyrocketed, I knew I needed to call someone else. I called Arnold brothers first and I’m really happy I did!! The repair person arrived less than 2 hours from when I first called and was amazing! The specialist was friendly, great with my kids, and even made sure to check the warranty status of my unit! He worked fast and didn’t waste any time! After it was all said and done I owed for half an hours work and diagnostics. Very. VERY happy!! The house cooled off super fast and we are finally comfortable again! My only critique is maybe don’t charge for diagnostics if we pay for the work? Either way, this is officially the only place I’ll call for any heat and AC work! Thanks again!

Of course my AC decided to peeter out on a Saturday night in the warmest stretch of the year so far... called Arnie Bros on a Sunday morning after troubleshooting as far as I could myself, the tech JD that came out was fantastic and had a diagnosis in about 5 minutes and explained what was going on. Another 10 minutes and she fired right up blowing cold air. Would definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs!

My AC suddenly stopped blowing cold just as the weather started getting hot. Arnold Bros. to the rescue! A polite, knowledgeable, very professional young man arrived to save the day, and now my cooling is working great again! He also took the time to explain the repairs and the condition of my unit to me. I strongly recommend Arnold Brothers, they are terrific!

Arnold Brothers provided excellent, prompt, friendly service to my elderly mother out in Raritan, repairing a wiring error that another local 80 year old business made when they gave her dreadful service last year. The comparison between the service received from the two businesses was stark, and we certainly know who we’ll be calling for any future assistance when it comes to heating and cooling. My geothermal needed repairs. Compressor, pump . And other things were repaired. Parts ordering was quick and i was updated very fast. Repair -install was real quick . It was a large job Back working great. Cant beat there price points. Quick service,friendly, and did the job right. Thanks again.

Arnold Brothers installed our air conditioner/furnace over ten years ago, they did a great job and we've never had any problems with the unit. Our twenty year old thermostat broke, we installed a new one ourselves, but it did not work properly. Arnold Brothers sent Ty a couple of hours after my call. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and polite. We were impressed how quickly he diagnosed and fixed our issue. He gave us recommendations how to make the system work more efficiently. We highly recommend Arnold Brothers and especially Ty. Christine Dahlstrom

First I call them 2020 and their technician said I need to change the system. Later I just clean my sensor stick and still operating as it’s 2023. Secondly I called them for a non profit. They recommend changing system again this time it was not my decision. I had to change. Owner is real gentleman and he consider me some discount for non profit and I’m glad for that. One request, please do some repair rather replace it is costly.

Nick and his service team were prompt, professional and very easy to work with. Nick answered all my questions and made sure my home was in the safest shape for my family. I couldnt recommend them enough!

The gentlemen that installed my new furnace did an excellence job. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. The installation was done in my opinion very quickly.They cleaned up after themselves, leaving the area as clean as it was when they arrived.I did think that the service call leading up to the installation of the new furnace could have been more thorough.

They keep my ac and heater in top condition. Very respectful and friendly, honest, prompt and they do a great job!
